BankKeeping was honored to participate in the Automation India Expo 2025, held from August 11–14, 2025, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai. As Asia’s leading industrial automation trade show, the event attracted over 51,786 visitors and featured more than 2,000 exhibitors Our participation provided a valuable platform to connect with SMEs, technologists, business owners, and industry stakeholders across manufacturing, services, and automation sectors. We showcased how our banking tools can deliver clarity, savings, and fairness, addressing common financial challenges faced by SMEs.
At our booth, we conducted live demonstrations revealing how standard loan terms often conceal hidden charges, misapplied interest, and compliance gaps—issues many business owners had never questioned before. The phrase “What your bank doesn’t tell you” resonated with attendees, sparking curiosity and engagement.

The response was overwhelmingly positive. Over the course of the expo, BankKeeping engaged in meaningful conversations with hundreds of businesses managing multiple loans, some across different banks. Attendees appreciated not just our technical capability but also our transparent approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping them save real money. Many expressed interest in custom demonstrations and ongoing oversight of their banking practices.
The expo also featured other prominent exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Notable participants included Schmersal India, OMICRON Electronics, LMI Technologies, and Inovance, among others. These companies highlighted innovations in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing, contributing to the event’s dynamic atmosphere.
While specific VIP attendees were not publicly disclosed, the event attracted a diverse audience of industry professionals, decision-makers, and thought leaders from various sectors. This provided an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration.
Participating in the Mumbai expo reinforced a powerful insight: the demand for financial clarity among SMEs is significant but largely unmet. For many businesses, loan management has been passive; our presence demonstrated that there is now an active, willing audience for tools that bring insight.
We thank everyone who visited, engaged, asked tough questions, and saw potential in BankKeeping. This exhibition has added fresh momentum to our pipeline, sharpened our product feedback, and inspired our team to expand our impact so more SMEs can benefit from what we do best.
