Job Description
Mission
To drive new client acquisition in Mumbai and Gujarat, with a strong focus on Advanced and Enterprise subscribers. The role requires closing deals personally, building association networks for visibility, and developing a partner community that generates recurring leads. Outcomes Sales & Client Acquisition
• Close 20+ Advanced/Enterprise client deals in FY 26 (with split targets for Mumbai and Gujarat).
• Close 50+ Advanced/Enterprise client deals annually (with split targets for Mumbai and Gujarat).
• Ensure quarterly pipeline coverage of 3x target.
• Personally manage relationships with top 10 prospects in Mumbai and Gujarat each quarter. Geographic Focus
• Spend minimum 5 – 7 business days/month in Gujarat across Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad.
• Achieve 15+ client meetings/month in Gujarat leading to consistent closures.
Associations & Visibility
• Secure 10 speaking engagements (seminars/webinars) in FY 26
• Secure 25 speaking engagements (seminars/webinars) for FY 27 and FY 28
• Build visibility as a trusted advisor for SMEs in financial automation.
Partner Community Development
• Build a network of 10 active partners by the end of FY 2026.
• Extend the network to 35 active Partners by the end of FY 2027
• Ensure partner networks contribute 25%+ of total leads by FY 2027
• Conduct quarterly partner-engagement programs (training, updates, rewards).

• Ability to pitch value for Advanced/Enterprise plans clearly and persuasively.

• Consistently updates CRM with accuracy, ensuring pipeline hygiene.

• Builds deep relationships with clients and partners.
• Trusted advisor approach — balances push for closure with long-term trust.

• Designs simple engagement models (incentives, joint events, recognition).
6. Travel Flexibility & Regional Knowledge
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Gujarat.
• Strong understanding of local SME business culture in Surat, Baroda, and Ahmedabad.
7. Execution Discipline
• Consistently meets quarterly targets.
• Maintains accountability for results (no excuses).
8. Communication & Presentation Skills
• Strong communicator in English and Hindi (Gujarati desirable).
• Capable of creating impact during client pitches and association forums.
