1. Role Summary
The Content Marketer will drive Bankkeeping’s and Ontrust’s digital presence through high-quality content creation, distribution, and community engagement. The role demands strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build organic reach across multiple channels including blogs, LinkedIn, communities, Quora, Reddit, and industry platforms. The objective is simple: increase awareness, build authority, and bring relevant traffic & leads
organically.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Content Creation & Writing (Primary Responsibility)
• Write high-quality, original, plagiarism-free content for:
o Blogs (Financial, Banking, SME, Credit, Investment-Banking topics).
o LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X snippets, carousel copy, email content.
o Website sections, FAQs, landing pages.
• Conduct plagiarism checks, AI-detection checks, grammar audit, and ensure content passes originality tests.
• Maintain editorial calendar and weekly content pipeline.

B. Social Media Content (Brand Presence)
• Write and schedule content for Bankkeeping & Ontrust LinkedIn pages.
• Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives.
• Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and impressions.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine content strategy.

C. Digital Authority & Distribution
• Publish company profiles on:
o Industry directories
o Profile-sharing sites
o Startup listing websites
o Community platforms
• Manage distribution of content across 20–30 platforms per month.

D. Community Engagement (Organic Growth Engine)
• Participate actively in:
o LinkedIn industry groups
o SME/finance/startup communities
o WhatsApp/Telegram industry circles
• Build relationships with founders, CFOs, CAs, credit managers, and SME owners to increase organic visibility.

E. Quora, Reddit & Online Forums
• Identify relevant threads daily.
• Respond on behalf of Bankkeeping using: o educational tone, o authority building insights, and
o subtle product-based solutions.
• Ensure responses rank well by using SEO principles.

F. Blog Commenting & Backlink Activities
• Comment meaningfully on industry blogs to:
o Build backlinks,
o Drive referral traffic,
o Increase domain authority.
• Maintain a log of all backlinks created weekly.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

A. Technical/Content Skills
• Exceptional English writing & editing ability.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page SEO, meta descriptions.
• Knowledge of banking, SME finance, loan compliance (preferred but not mandatory; training
will be provided).
• Familiarity with AI-detection tools, plagiarism software, SurferSEO, Grammarly, etc.
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form social posts.

4. KPIs & Performance Metrics

Monthly KPIs
• 8–12 Blogs (Original, SEO-optimized, plagiarism-free).
• 20–25 LinkedIn posts (company + founders).
• 50–70 community interactions (LinkedIn groups, Quora, Reddit, forums).
• 10–20 high-quality backlinks through blog commenting & profile submissions.
• Traffic Growth: 10–15% increase in organic visitors per quarter.
• Lead Influence: Track leads influenced by content in CRM. Quality KPIs
• Plagiarism score <3%
• AI detection score <25% (contextual; measured per blog)
• Engagement rate improvement month-over-month
• Domain authority growth (tracked quarterly)
