1. Role Summary
To drive consistent lead flow and revenue for Bankkeeping by owning associations, exhibitions, and partner channels—ensuring strong brand presence, qualified leads, and scalable partner-led sales.

2. Key Responsibilities
Key Outcomes (What success looks like)

1. Exhibitions & Trade Shows
a. Plan, execute, and manage 6–10 exhibitions annually.
b. Ensure 150–200 qualified leads per exhibition are added to CRM.
c. Coordinate with marketing and execution teams for booth setup, collaterals, demos, and post-event follow-ups.
d. Deliver a post-event report within 7 days (leads, quality, next steps).

2. Associations & Industry Bodies
a. Build and manage relationships with SME associations, trade bodies, and chambers.
b. Secure 1–2 speaking/presentation opportunities per month for Bankkeeping.
c. Convert association engagements into qualified leads and long-term partnerships.

3. Partner Acquisition & Enablement
a. Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners (CAs, consultants, brokers, fintech partners).
b. Induct 3–5 new active partners per month.
c. Ensure partners are trained, enabled, and actively generating leads.
d. Track partner-wise performance and lead conversion.

4. Pipeline & Revenue Contribution
a. Ensure partner + event channels contribute 20–30% of total monthly leads.
b. Work closely with sales reps to ensure smooth handover and conversion of leads.
c. Maintain 100% hygiene of partner and event leads in CRM.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
a. Coordinate with Marketing for collaterals, demos, and event creatives.
b. Work with Lead Gen and Telecalling teams for systematic follow-up of all event/partner leads.
